Royal Caribbean is known for her culinary delights as well as first-class entertainment each and every night aboard your floating palace. Cruising alongside picturesque Tracy Arm Fjord is a definite highlight followed by a full day in beautiful and stunning Victoria, British Columbia with her multitude of attractions!

ITINERARY

Day 1/ Friday, June 8th – SEATTLE – This is the day you have been looking forward to for months. Your ship, the Rhapsody of the Seas, is docked at Smith Cover Cruise terminal 91. Car parking is available near the terminal with the Republic Parking at a cost of $177 for the week. To make a reservation, you can go online at www.RPNW.com or call them at (206) 783-4144 ext. 113. Boarding usually starts between 11:30am and noon. If you can, please board early, enjoy lunch on board and settle in for your fabulous cruise. Be there for boarding no later than 2:00pm. The ship leaves at 4:00pm.

This evening, you sail through sparkling Puget Sound and out onto the open sea (without a doubt a Kodak Moment). Have fun exploring your ship, and enjoy fine dining (Bon appetite) followed by the opening show put on by your cruise staff of entertainers. The shops, casino, and starlit open decks all beckon you. Have a great time on your first night at sea!

Day 2/ Saturday, June 9th – INSIDE PASSAGE SCENIC CRUISING – Seasoned cruisers will tell you that sea days are the best. A full day is yours to experience the myriad of activities the ship has to offer. Join in the shipboard activities, play games, watch a movie, walk around the deck, eat, eat, eat as much as you want, as many times as you want, play cards, curl up with a good book, take a swim, or just relax and do nothing at all! Don’t miss the Captain’s Cocktail Party tonight, the incredible dinner that RCCL is so well known for plus Show Time with the cruise staff!

Day 3/ Sunday, June 10th
– JUNEAU – You have a good chance to see humpback whales early this morning before your arrival in the picturesque capital city of Juneau. Orcas also thrive in these waters. What a thrill to see the antics of these guys who just happen to be at the top of the oceanic food chain! They have little fear of you or your massive cruise ship. It would be unusual not to see one or more bald eagles in the tall tress that line the shore.

Juneau has much to see and enjoy. There are more things to see and do than you have time for today in port, so choose wisely. A tram ride to the top of Mount Robson gives you an incredible panoramic view of the surrounding area. It departs

right off the ship in downtown Juneau. Or you might choose to indulge in some deep sea fishing, or get some souvenirs in the quaint shopping district. A tour to famous Mendenhall Glacier is also a fascinating experience! Whatever you choose to do, have a great day! Then it is back to the ship for an evening of excellent dining and exciting entertainment.

Day 4/ Monday, June 11th – SKAGWAY – Today you dock in historic Skagway, the jumping off point of the Klondike Gold Rush! Thousands of gold-crazed adventurers (mostly men, but a few women) swarmed this small community to begin their arduous trek. Unfortunately, only a few miners made it big and the rest returned home or died penniless!

Skagway boasts colorful shops on Main Street along with a live melodrama featuring the dishonorable rogue, Soapy Smith. The all-time Alaska favorite is a rail adventure on the world-famous narrow gauge White Pass and Yukon Railroad which scales the White Pass the miners climbed in snow up to their knees and sometimes even to their waists. Following another great dinner this evening, a wide selection of entertainment is available.

Day 5/ Tuesday, June 12th – TRACY ARM FJORD CRUISING – From seven (yes, AM) until noon, the ship will cruise the dazzling Tracy Arm Fjord. Keep an eye peeled for seals playing on the icebergs, and thank your lucky stars you didn’t have to deal with the dreaded glacier goo! Don’t forget those cameras! It’s sure to be remarkable.

Day 6/ Wednesday, June 13th – SEA DAY – Then, enjoy another relaxing day at sea after two fun-filled, exciting ports! Take advantage today of the ships heated hot tubs with the new friends you’ve made, get that extra beauty sleep, or just cool your heels! For those of you that never stop, there’s bound to be loads of fun activities on board to enjoy today, as well as numerous picture opportunities. Of course, fine dining and exciting entertainment is available to entice you!

Day 7/ Thursday, June 14th
– VICTORIA – The only Canadian port on your trip, Victoria, has one of Canada’s mildest climates. The year-round blooming gardens prove it! It has diverse scenery, from the world famous Butchart Gardens, to glorious beaches, and deluxe whale watching. Whatever strikes your fancy, Victoria is bound to have something to offer everyone! Back to the ship for another great evening!

Day 8/ Friday, June 15th – SEATTLE – The ship that has become your home for the past week docks early this morning in Seattle. We know you don’t want to leave, but you’ve run out of film and clean socks!
