Palmer Hyde -- Owner
Since September, 1981 -  Palmer and Marilyn started Hyde's Encore Tours & Travel 23 years ago.  It has grown and flourished ever since.  Palmer enjoys his clients and taking them all over the world. The clients that come with Hyde's are like part of a close-knit family.  He enjoys their phone calls & visits. Palmer specialized in all areas of booking tours; airlines, cruise lines, coaches, ferries, trains & Amtrak.  Palmer enjoys his employees & working with his family."  

Marilyn Hyde -- Owner/Manager
Since September, 1981 -  Marilyn loves to plan the tours to take people on.  Some tours are repeated, yet enhanced with different attractions.  We have lots of repeat clients on the same tours again and again.  Marilyn's specialty is her  enthusiastic personality and her imagination.  She knows everyone's job.  No one could do their jobs to the full potential without direction from Marilyn.  She enjoys her employees & working with family.
Tamra -- Accounting
Since May, 1987 -  Everyone loves Tamra, she does payroll!  She does all aspects of accounting for the office.  "I love what I do and the people I do it for.  As my family situation as changed over the years, my hours have become more flexible.  I was able to bring my work home, which makes it the perfect job for me (since I have four children in four different schools!)  I enjoy working with my Dad and Mom and twin sister."

Sondra -- Computer Specialist
Since January, 1988  - Sondra does a lot of everything that everyone needs.  Even this web page with lots of help from her husband Cory - Thanks a bunch.  "I like working at Hyde's because I get to work with my family, including my twin sister, Tamra. I enjoy all of the varieties of computer work I do.  I enjoy trying to think of new ways to keep things organized. I enjoy doing most of my work at home, working around my children's schedules and activities."

Karen -- Travel Consultant
Since September, 2003 -  Karen is a Travel Consultant, and does airline ticketing.  In addition, it is Karen's responsibility to keep everyone in the office laughing and in good spirits.  And boy does she do a good job!  Karen enjoys working with Hyde's great clients and loves a good challenge.  Need airline tickets to Botswana?  Give Karen a call!
