Hyde's Encore Tours & Travel has just finished putting together their Passport Club Program and it is available to each of you, our valued clients at a nominal fee. What is our Passport Club you ask? Well, this Club offers each member quality travel arrangements for themselves and their families. Discounts have been arranged for on airlines, rental cars, hotels, tours and cruises and are available on special Club offerings. Special vacation opportunities for club members only, at prices under market, are also available. We are able to secure better pricing from vendors for buying volume and we will pass these bargains along to you.

Each year at our annual OPEN HOUSES in February and March and our Christmas in July celebration, prizes will be awarded to lucky passport holders. Be sure to bring your valuable passport to these two special events and to other events that may be designated in your Travel Club Gold Newsletter. This is a new way for you, our Travel Friends, to earn terrific tour discounts. It will replace our previous "Bonus Program" where you earned discounts based on the number of tours you traveled on with Hyde's. This program will expire on June 30, 2000, so cash in those discounts you may be collecting.

The following describes how you will now earn discounts even more quickly with your Hyde Passport. The first time you visit a state, province or foreign destination with Hyde Tours, you will start to receive the appropriate stamps in your book. Your Tour Guide/Escort will stamp it during each tour. When you collect the designated number of stamps, notify us here at Hyde's for verification and you will receive your travel reward. Then, continue to collect your Passport stamps. No stamps are given for airport/airplane transfers.

The Hyde Tour Passport Program is available only to Travel Club Gold members. Credits have no expiration, just keep collecting them until you reach the next award level. Hyde Tours cannot be responsible for lost Passports. Passports cannot be shared, but are the exclusive property of the person whose name appears on his or her Passport. Tour certificates are good on new reservations only, credits may not be applied retroactively, and all travel must be through Hyde's.

We are excited about this program and hope you agree with us that it will be fun and an easier way to receive travel rewards from Hyde's Tours. Your Travel Club counselors know how important your vacation is to you, and they will do everything possible to ensure a great trip. We recognize that just about everyone these days is economy conscious and we ensure that you will get the best value for your money on both group and individual travel. So how easy is it to earn tour certificates? Well, for example, if you traveled on our 19 day Fall Foliage Tour, you would accumulate up to sixteen stamps. What is your reward for sixteen stamps? You would receive a $25.00 discount off your next tour with Hyde's. Ten destinations earns $20.00, 15 earns $25.00, 20 earns $30, and upwards with every five increments increasing by five dollars.

What does it cost to be a TRAVEL CLUB MEMBER? We are charging the nominal fee of $30.00 per person to join our Travel and Passport Program. This will offset mailing and printing costs a wee bit.
