New York City is the largest city in the US and probably the most exciting! You will call it home for the next three nights. The core of the Big Apple is its entertainment, theatre, dining and nightlife with thousands of delightful diversions to choose from. Colorful marquees have lit up the New York City sky for decades with such greats as Hays, Barrymore, Hepburn, Lane, Broderick, and 

Elton John, and the list goes on and on! Two theatre hits are included on your tour: the feel good wonderful smash hit “Billy Elliot, the Musical,” and the ever popular haunting love story and longest running show on Broadway, “Phantom of the Opera!” Sightseeing uptown and downtown, Liberty Island with our grand Lady and fascinating Ellis Island are also tour features. We are working on an exciting Mystery experience for you, but it has not been totally confirmed at this writing. Keep your fingers crossed because it’ll be a hit & you will love it! 

ITINERARY

Day 1, Monday, June 7th - Your transcontinental flight takes you from the Salt Lake City International Airport to New York City, your overnight for the next three evenings. New York is dazzling lights, Broadway, Central Park, the Rockefeller Center Plaza, Empire State building, the arts and much more! Some people come to New York to eat, some to shop, some for the arts and museums which give New York its polish and glow every season. Dinner is included tonight at a favorite spot of the locals! (D)

Day 2, Tuesday, June 8th – You kick off the morning with an included sightseeing tour of one of America’s most electrifying cities. This unique and thrilling city unfolds as you visit Chinatown, Rockefeller Center, Little Italy, Ground Zero, Statue of Liberty and view the Empire State Building, New York’s garment, financial, historical, and elite shopping districts. (There will be time later to check out the shopping – not to worry!)

After dinner, it’s off to the theatre where the joyous and exciting “Billy Elliot, The Musical,’ is sure to capture your heart! Called “extraordinarily uplifting” and intoxicating” you witness a boy as he follows his heart and makes his dreams come true.

Day 3, Wednesday, June 9th – Your can choose today just how to spend it. You have tickets to experience the Uptown Tour and the Museum of Natural History. Your tour director will guide to both of these if you so desire. This afternoon you could take a tour to the top of the Empire State Building, New York’s 102 story art deco sky-scratcher built in 1931. This skyscraper is on 5th Avenue along with a lot of great shopping.

Day 4, Thursday, June 10th – You have a free morning to explore Manhattan, then following lunch (on own) it is off to the Airport and your return flight back to the Salt Lake City International Airport. You return home with great memories and a greater appreciation of the Big Apple. New York City is a vibrant city and her culture is comprised of about every country around the globe.

HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION

Click on the button below to display this tour's on-line reservation form.  Complete the form and then click the Send button to send your reservation information to Hyde's Encore Tours and Travel.  But remember, your reservation is not confirmed until we receive your deposit payment.  

Please send your $200.00 per person deposit to secure your reservation.  Final payment is due on or before April 30, 2010.  Reservations are on a first come, first serve basis and cannot be accepted without a deposit. Cancellations made prior to 75 days before the tour date are fully refundable with the exception of cancellation and medical insurance, which are non-refundable.

If possible, please provide us with a photocopy of the picture ID you plan to show at the airline check-in desk.  This copy is not required, but will help us make certain your airline ticket matches your ID.  When your ticket matches your ID exactly, you'll get checked on to your flight quicker and easier.

Reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis and cannot be accepted without a deposit. Hyde's Encore Tours and Travel acts only as an agent for the tour patrons in arranging for transportation, lodging, sightseeing, or any other services; and assume no liability for damage, loss, delay, injury , or accident due to any act of default on the part of any company or person engaged in providing transportation, lodging, sightseeing, or any other services which are part of this tour.  While every effort will be made to adhere to the specifics in this publication, certain circumstances may necessitate alterations; therefore, all costs, fares, taxes, and all other information contained herein are subject to change without notice.  Payment of tour signifies acceptance of above state conditions. 

Attention: If special assistance is required, tour patrons are advised to have a partner along who can assist them.  This will make the tour more comfortable for you and our other travel friends.

Smoking on buses is not permitted.  However, adequate rest stops will be made.
