Day 1, Wednesday, October 13th – You depart the Wasatch front this morning, and a continental breakfast (with pastries, milk and juice) will be served along the way. Rest and lunch stops will be made for your convenience. One of your highlights today is Utah’s first National Park, breathtaking “Zion”! President William Taft established it as a National Monument on July 31st, 1909, and a “Century of Sanctuary” was celebrated throughout 2009! |
| Zion National Park is a showcase of geology. Massive canyon walls ascend skyward, and the unique sandstone cliffs range in colors from cream to pink to red. |

Your journey takes you to St. George and your overnight and where you kick off your pleasure getaway with an included dinner followed by adventurous ‘Tarzan, the Disney Musical’! The jungle comes alive in the desert in Edgar Rice Burroughs adventurous story. This extreme hero flies from tree to tree with great speed and agility. He successfully wrestles with full grown apes, gorillas, rhinos, crocodiles, pythons, sharks, and tigers! Tarzan and his parents were marooned on the West coast of Africa by mutineers. Day 2, Thursday, October 14th – This morning your adventure travels to Cedar City and your overnight. You continue your theatre excursion on the grounds of the Shakespearean Festival. After lunch (on own) make sure you have plenty of tissues for the lovable ‘Ann Frank’! You all know the facts of this young girl’s life. Life is not safe for this young girl and her family in 1942 Nazi Amsterdam. Her family is forced into hiding and young Anne keeps an inclusive daily diary. A Pulitzer Prize-winning play emphasizes the brutality of war and hatred; however, this family’s hopes and love help them try to hold to their faith. Dinner is once again included, then get ready for some hearty laughter with the ever-popular ‘Greater Tuna’! The small town of Tuna, is filled with big personalities all portrayed by two quirky characters! Laughter fills the air and you may even see a character or two that you actually know. |

Day 3, Friday, October 15th – Following your included full breakfast, you journey to picturesque ‘Cedar Breaks National Monument’! Cedar Breaks rests atop the Colorado plateau at over 10,000 feet in elevation. This monument is more than 2000 feet deep and is basically a carved out giant amphitheater that spans some three miles. Millions of years of sedimentation, uplift, and erosion created this marvelous masterpiece! |

Your trip takes you to ‘Bryce National Park,’ where you discover the history and wild life of the park with a fun and knowledgeable step-on guide! What do you like about Bryce? It is a cave without a ceiling! A forest of stone! The word canyon is unique since the canyon has no river. However, to call Bryce the world’s largest pothole is neither adequate nor flattering! You decide what you want to call it. I think of it as a geologic wonderful amphitheater! Your trek back to the Wasatch front will quickly pass with fun and games, bingo, movies, and perhaps a surprise or two! Who knows?
